Wow, Pat Robertson never ceases to amaze me... First, Robertson and Jerry Falwell blame 9/11 on the ACLU and other "liberal" groups (feminists, homosexuals, etc) on national TV just a few days after it happened. Today in the high school Sunday school class I work with, the topic was Psalm 51, and how David confessed his sins to God after he was called out by Nathan in 2 Samuel. And yes, it is an exceptional story of giving in to sin when you're not using God to fill a hole in your life, but instead letting sin tempt you into filling it with other, worldly things. I've been developing a short talk about Spiritual Gifts for a middle school/junior high class tomorrow, and really felt that not only does finding your gifts ("regular" and spiritual) apply to teenagers, but to EVERYONE on earth.
